To all our wonderful customers and coffee lovers out there. Firstly can we say, our thoughts are with everyone during this unprecedented time.
We are proud to supply you all with our beautiful coffees and will continue to do what we can for all our customers during this time.
As far as we are concerned, it is business as usual in terms of roasting and dispatching our speciality coffees and other products. We will be dispatching as normal and available for phone and email contact at the usual times. We offer our assurances that Iron & Fire have stringent hygiene procedures and cleaning routines to ensure the absolute maximum safety to our staff and customers.
We have taken certain temporary measures and will be closing the roastery to visiting customer. We are instead asking any customers who visit the roastery to please either order by telephone or use the website ordering and delivery system.
We will also not be running any training courses until further notice as we will be keeping staff and people in the roastery to an absolute minimum. Anyone who would like some training or advice, we are happy to deliver this via video link. we will also be posting ideas, tips and recipes on Social Media.
The advice from the Government is changing daily and we will continue to communicate in a transparent manner regarding any perceived changes.
In the meantime, please do get in touch if you need anything from us. Whether you are at home in isolation, or out at work, we hope a good coffee will help. We will be sending out tips and recipes over the coming weeks along with various offers.
