Nestled in the Cerrado Mineiro region, Fazenda Mato do Salgado is more than just a farm; it?s home to four families and surrounded by lush forests, creating a unique microclimate that enhances the coffee quality.

At 194 hectares, this farm boasts incredibly rich soil with plenty of organic matter. The entire operation is irrigated through a drip system, efficiently distributing water. Plus, these beans are not only tasty but also ethically sourced?thanks to the UTZ sustainability program.
