Delivery Information

Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £2.60 per order (mainland UK) weighing up to 2kg.

Orders of 2kg-6kg will be dispatched via courier at a charge of £4.80

Orders over 6kg will be dispatched via courier and qualify for FREE delivery

*Please note, currently there is a flat charge for green beans of £5.50. This is due to the very narrow margins we charge for our green beans and may be reviewed in the near future.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working days of receiving them. During peak mail order periods (for instance, Christmas or other promotional activities), this time frame may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

All of our coffees are freshly roasted, so you’ll never receive a coffee that was roasted more than five days previously (as we recommend our coffees rest for up to 7 days after roasting). We require at least one working day before we can dispatch your order. If your order is urgent (we don’t like to hear of our customers running short!) please let us know and we will prioritise.

We currently use Royal Mail 48. We do this to keep the costs of our coffees to a minimum for our customers to enjoy,

Convenient delivery packaging

In an effort to reduce wasteful packaging and also make delivery more convenient for you.

If your order is less than 2kg your delivery will be sent in a recyclable cardboard mail packet. 

All orders over 2kg will be sent in a cardboard box.

*Please note, for large orders we do not use new, branded boxes and prefer to use recycled boxes where possible.

We are happy to deliver to international addresses. Orders need to be placed with a valid postcode/zipcode to allow our couriers to locate and quote for correct shipping cost. For country zone list please click here.

If you would rather order by phone, please call the Roastery on 01743 830000 (option 1) and we will happily take your order and quote for shipping if relevant.

Where goods are unavailable, or out of stock, we will advise customers appropriately through the online shop or by email or phone where those have been provided with an order.

Re-orders of previous shipments can be done easily through the ‘my account’ section of the website. If one or more products is out of stock, the re-order link will not be visible. Please check individual products required, or select alternatives.

If you are unsatisfied with the contents of your dispatch you must contact us, either by telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt to inform us of your issue.

Iron & Fire does not refund or exchange coffees, teas etc. if ordered incorrectly through our website. Customer service is very important to us so please do call us if you would like some advice on our products before purchasing.
