Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Iron & Fire Coffee Ltd (“Iron & Fire”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. ID may be required.
2.2 Employees of Iron & Fire, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Internet access and an Instagram account are required.
2.4 By entering, participants confirm they are eligible and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Promotion period
3.1 The promotion opens at 15:00pm (UK time) on Monday 15th December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Thursday 18th December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be valid.
4. How to enter – free entry route
4.1 No purchase is necessary to enter.
4.2 To enter for free via Instagram during the Promotion Period, participants must:
a) Follow @ironandfirecoffee and @ironandfirethehatch on Instagram;
b) Like the official giveaway post (“Giveaway Post”); and
c) Comment on the Giveaway Post with (i) their favourite Christmas coffee drink and (ii) tag one (1) friend in the same comment.
4.3 Each valid comment that meets 4.2(c) counts as one (1) entry.
4.4 Participants may enter multiple times by submitting multiple unique comments, but each comment must tag a different friend.
4.5 Entries must be made directly by the participant; bulk entries, third-party entries, or automated/robotic entries are not permitted.
5. Bonus entries (optional)
5.1 Bonus entries are optional and not required to enter.
5.2 Bonus Entry A – Online purchase:
a) Participants who place an online order at ironandfire.co.uk during the Promotion Period may receive five (5) bonus entries.
b) To claim bonus entries, the participant must use the checkout code XMASGIVEAWAY at the time of purchase.
c) If a participant forgets to use the code, bonus entries cannot be added retrospectively.
5.3 We will track bonus entries via (i) our website, through orders using the code. If tracking evidence cannot be verified, bonus entries may be refused. (This is to ensure fair administration per ASA guidance.)
6. Prizes
6.1 There will be three (3) winners. Prizes are:
First Prize (1 winner):
– Sage Barista Pro espresso machine
– 1kg Iron & Fire House Blend coffee
– Iron & Fire Tote Bag
Second Prize (1 winner):
– Aeropress coffee maker
– 500g Iron & Fire House Blend
– Iron & Fire Hoodie
Third Prize (1 winner):
– V60 brewer
– 220g Iron & Fire House Blend
– Iron & Fire Tee
6.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
6.3 We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.
7. Winner selection
7.1 Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period, including valid bonus entries.
7.2 The draw will take place on Friday 19th December using a random selection method.
7.3 The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
8. Winner notification and claim
8.1 Winners will be contacted by Iron & Fire via Instagram Direct Message from @ironandfirecoffee within 24 hours of the draw.
8.2 Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification to confirm acceptance and provide delivery details.
8.3 If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random.
8.4 We will never ask winners for payment details. If you receive suspicious messages, please report them and contact us.
9. Prize delivery
9.1 Prizes will be delivered to a UK address provided by each winner within 30 days of valid acceptance.
9.2 We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
9.3 If delivery fails due to incorrect details provided by a winner, we may withdraw the prize.
10. Publicity
10.1 By entering, participants agree that, if they win, we may announce their Instagram handle on our Instagram feed and/or stories.
10.2 Winners may be asked to provide a photo or short testimonial for promotional purposes, but this is optional and not a condition of receiving the prize.
11. Data protection and privacy
11.1 We will process personal data solely for administering this promotion, contacting winners, and delivering prizes, unless participants separately opt into marketing.
11.2 If a participant chooses the online order bonus entry route, they consent to receive marketing emails from Iron & Fire. They may unsubscribe at any time.
11.3 Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://ironandfire.co.uk/cookie-policy/.
11.4 We will retain promotion data only as long as necessary to administer the draw and meet legal or regulatory requirements.
12. Instagram / Meta disclaimer
12.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta.
12.2 By entering, participants release Instagram/Meta from any liability arising from this promotion.
13. General
13.1 We reserve the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, abusive, or do not comply with these Terms.
13.2 We may cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it is necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but will always aim to minimise impact on participants.
13.3 Our decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
13.4 If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
13.5 This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
