IRON & FIRE Christmas Giveaway Competition
Terms & Conditions
1. Competition runs from 02/12/24– 15/12/24.
2. Competition is free to enter, and no purchase necessary. However, you will receive an extra 5 entries for every order of any coffee that you place between 02/12/24 and midnight on 15/12/24 if you send us your order number via private message so we can verify your order. This does not include subscription orders/renewals.
3. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and ID may be required.
4. Employees of IRON & FIRE LTD are exempt from entry to the competition.
5. Internet access is required.
6. Competition is accessible across Instagram only. A valid Instagram account is required for entry.
7. Account must be set to public to permit IRON & FIRE Ltd to contact.
8. To take part in this competition, you must follow @IRONANDFIRECOFFEE, like the post, and tag three people (making sure to comment on the correct competition post). You will also get a bonus entry if you share the post to your story.
9. Multiple entries are only permitted via sharing the post to your story and placing an order of coffee as described above.
10. Although multiple entries are permitted, participants are not permitted to create multiple accounts for the purpose of the promotion: Multiple entries will be counted as above. Only entries that have been completed correctly and in full will be entered into the competition.
11. Competition is open to residents in the United Kingdom only.
12. Winner(s) will be rewarded with:
First place – a Sage Barista Express coffee machine and an Ultimate Christmas Coffees gift box
Second place – a Sage Bambino Plus coffee machine and an Ultimate Christmas Coffees gift box
Third place – three Ultimate Christmas Coffees gift boxes
13. There will be 3 winner and those winners will be chosen at random, with first place drawn first, followed by second place and third place.
14. Winner may need to show proof of identification.
15. Winner will be contacted within 5 days of the competition end date.
16. Winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
17. If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of first contact, another winner will be drawn.
18. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
19. Winner may be asked to take part in publicity – this will only be done with consent.
20. Once the winner is contacted and address is provided, the prize will be sent out within 7 working days.
21. IRON & FIRE Ltd do not take any responsibility of prize being lost, stolen or damaged.
22. The prize cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or transferred. The prize cannot be sold or auctioned.
23. There is no cash alternative available in whole or in part.
24. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of IRON & FIRE Ltd or where fraud, abuse, and/or an error IRON & FIRE Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage.
26. Invalid entries into the promotion will not be submitted into the prize draw.
27. Any entries which are considered to be violent, offensive, explicit, or negatively reflect the brand/promotion will be removed.
28. Address will be requested for delivery of prize only and not be used for marketing purposes.
29. The draw and rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Where a customer participating in the draw is taking part from Scotland or Northern Ireland, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts or the courts of Northern Ireland respectively.
