Coffee Shop Manager / Barista
Shrewsbury
We are looking for a full time, experienced Coffee Shop Manager / Assistant Manager to champion our small flagship speciality coffee shop in Shrewsbury. You will be serving customers via the window hatch and counter with high end coffees, coffee beans, drinks and freshly prepped food, representing the respected Iron & Fire brand.
The right person will have barista experience with a track record in preparing high quality drinks to an excellent standard, food prep skills and experience working in a fast and efficient manner in a busy environment. You will also have outstanding customer service skills, be a team player and have a a solid work ethic.
The position is a full time role, including a weekend shift and some early starts so flexibility is key.

Coffee Machine Engineer
Job description
Field Services Engineer.
Are you a qualified electrician/ electrical engineer or have experience working on Coffee machines, Bean-to-Cup Machines or similar small appliances?
Join our supportive team in a growing business in a varied role where you will be given additional training to become a technical expert as well as being able to maximise your earnings with overtime.
In this role you will be travelling around the Midlands and occassionally to other locations across the UK, servicing and maintaining coffee machines and similar. You will also carry out demonstrations and training on the proper use of the machines to customers.
The ideal candidate will hold electrical qualifications such as an 18th or 17th edition and want to get training into the coffee industry. Any previous experience working on coffee machines or other similar electro mechanical appliances would be beneficial.
Overall, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in a positive environment that will offer you a varied work day, additional training, and overtime to maximise your earnings.

We are looking for an exceptional written and social communicator with the ability to create content that engages, inspires, and educates our audiences. Ideally, you are a coffee lover who considers yourself as much a fan of our brand and our product as you would be a key member of the team.
You can naturally place yourself in the shoes of our customers and craft exceptional stories which seamlessly span our different channels and audiences.You will have an indepth knowledge and understanding of writing for different digital and print platforms with both strong creative and technical SEO skills.
Being tuned into both our brand and the commercial priorities of the business is essential for this role. Understanding the part they play in helping us achieve our goals and ensuring the content is on point, The Content Creator ensures they understand the business objectives of any project before getting to work.
