This month, we’re taking you to the Peruvian Andes with a beautifully vibrant organic coffee from Los Amigos del Oso.

Grown high in the mountains of Peru, this single-origin coffee is produced by a collective of smallholder farmers who share a commitment to organic farming and protecting the forests that surround their communities. Rich soils, cool mountain air, and high altitudes create the ideal conditions for producing coffees with exceptional sweetness, clarity, and balance.

Every cherry is carefully hand-picked at peak ripeness before undergoing a traditional washed process. This meticulous approach allows the coffee’s natural character to shine through, producing a cup that is clean, expressive, and wonderfully refined.
