Introducing Our Colombian La Cabaña Coffee
This Colombian La Cabaña Geisha coffee is a real treat for anyone who loves bright, fruit-forward speciality coffee. Produced by Danilo Perez and the Perez family in El Agrado, Huila, this lot includes Geisha varietal and has been carefully processed using an extended fermentation method to bring out a beautifully expressive cup.
Expect tasting notes of pineapple, orange blossom and tropical punch, with a clean, juicy sweetness and delicate floral finish. We have roasted this coffee to highlight its tropical fruit character and complexity without losing clarity in the cup.
It is particularly well suited to slower filter brewing methods, where the layers of flavour can really shine. For the best experience, we recommend brewing it as a pour over or Chemex.
