Colombian Jazz Speciality Blend
The Colombian Jazz, a Great Taste award winner from 2022, is our favourite and most popular speciality coffee blend.
Introducing Colombian Jazz, our most popular award-winning speciality coffee blend.
The very best of Colombia; ethically-sourced beans from the Huila region of Colombia roasted to give a full-bodied mouthfeel with rich chocolate and caramel undertones and a pleasant cherry acidity.
It makes a fantastic coffee however you choose to brew it, although we particularly love it in an espresso-based drink.
Listen to some coffee chat about our Colombian Jazz:
Experience the vibrant flavours of Colombia with Iron & Fire’s Colombian Jazz Speciality Coffee. Sourced from the lush, mountainous regions of Colombia, our coffee beans are carefully selected to deliver a rich and robust note complemented by hints of chocolate, caramel, and cherry resulting in a well-balanced brew.
We’ve roasted this coffee to bring out delightful chocolate and caramel notes, while skilfully preserving a lovely cherry finish. It’s a complex roast that truly rewards careful extraction. You’ll find it’s good just four days after roasting, but it shines best between 10 to 14 days when all the flavour notes align perfectly. Plus, it keeps exceptionally well!
This coffee is a must-have for all coffee lovers. Picture an intense espresso that’s beautifully sweet when stretched a bit with water, making it the perfect base for a flat white. Treat yourself to this flavourful experience—it’s a little indulgence that balances quality with sustainability!
Rainforest Alliance-Certified Colombian Coffee Beans
Ethically-sourced from the verdant landscapes of Colombia, our popular Colombian Jazz blend consists of Rainforest Alliance-certified Colombian coffee beans and is a testament to our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Originating from groups of smallholders primarily based within the Huila region in the South West of Colombia. This area is also home to Colombia’s second-highest peak: the Nevado del Huila volcano. This region has all the attributes that are needed to produce exceptional coffee; volcanic soils, high altitude, plenty of rainfall, and forests that provide shade.
Traditional farming methods are still used to produce this world-renowned high-quality coffee. We are very proud of this coffee, as we have spent a lot of time perfecting the roast profile.

Cherise Hardy-Edwards –
This is the first coffee I’ve purchased from Iron & Fire, and I must say it has definitely spurred me on to buy more. It’s so tasty! It is really flavourful and rich, without being too bitter. I love the French press grind, as it’s perfect for my cafetiere. The smell is sublime.
Mark Darlington –
Brillant service, we have been using columbian jazz since the first lockdown
Royston Young –
Great brew, seems very forgiving, more consistent than many I’ve tried. Was put onto this by a commercial seller in Warwick marketplace on Sat mornings. He recommended and I’ve not looked back. Price is also good. I like that you can get 500g bags too.

This has become my House Coffee – dependably consistent and invigorating, rather like the wonderful people at Iron and Fire!

Great, consistently good product with some of the best customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. Couldn’t recommend more.

Rewriting this review as first one didn’t come through, I’m guessing I hadn’t logged in first. Anyway, Colombian Jazz. This was the first time trying coffee from iron & fire. My first order of three came a few days ago so reviews are of all three now are up (well if I’ve logged in lol).
Colombian Jazz is a fantastic all day every day coffee for me. I can’t comment on different brews as I only have a cafetière at the moment but a bean to cup machine is on the horizon lol. I always drink my morning coffee black and unsweetened so I get the full flavour of just the true coffee taste. This one is a smooch velvety coffee no bitterness. I didn’t need to adjust the amount of grounds I use on other coffees it just came out perfect. I have drunk it with some milk durning the day and that is also perfect for me. Colombian Jazz will definitely be one I order again. Hats off to iron & fire roasters on this one.
