Whiskey infused coffee beans! Our On The Rocks Coffee takes a single origin bean and a single malt oak barrel aged whiskey and brings them together in perfect harmony.
We have taken a single origin coffee bean and a single malt oak barrel aged whiskey and brought them together in perfect harmony.
Originally a small scale experiment, we were amazed at the outcome – the beautiful whiskey notes have continued to develop throughout the roasting process and have complimented the complexity of the rich Colombian tasting profile that we selected to work with it. Infused in small batches, this makes a complex espresso, a full bodied long black and is beautiful with milk with a subtle whiskey finish.
A unique coffee drinking experience and makes for a great gift!

I love whisky and love coffee, so for me, this was a marriage that was going to work! The coffee has a lovely aroma with subtle whisky notes. Not overpowering but a nice sweetness. It’s certainly not a peated whisky but I can’t work out what region it is from in Scotland, yet! I always drink coffee black and this was a lovely taste. I would recommend and certainly purchase again.

Wasn’t sure if I would like this, but thought I’d give it a go. Very glad I did as it’s like nothing I’ve had before! Followed the suggested espresso recipe and it was perfect. Will definitely be ordering again!

A real “wow” coffee and a must-try if you are a speciality coffee. Smokey, dark, and intense with spiced and oak tasting notes. The whiskey finish is subtle but really noticeable. My wife and I drink this both black and white and it works beautifully for both.
