Had my first coffee from here this morning. It's fantastic. So much nicer than the chain on the platform and a fraction of the price. Nice enough I picked up some coffee to take home.They do have quite a variety of blends, although I can't comment on whether or not they do tastings, I'm sure that they will have something that will accommodate most preferences and will grind it to fit however you brew at home.

My Sage coffee machine stopped working. When I got through the trauma of not having my numerous real coffees per day I searched for someone to help. I came across our very own Shrewsbury based Iron & Fire and spoke with Ryan who was really helpful. I decided to run my machine over to see what they could do and Head roaster Kev Burrows was so helpful. He literally spent a couple of hours trying to descale the machine as although I thought I had been doing this regularly I had not (detergent tablets don't do much with Shropshire limescale). He was so knowledgeable and very friendly. Eventually the descale did its job and my life balance has thankfully been restored. Off to their website now to look for one of their courses. Whether you are private individual who loves a really good coffee, like me, or a retailer/restaurant wanting to provide customers with a great coffee experience, there is only one place to go for helping you with equipment choice/repairs; coffee bean varieties; and, advice on brewing that perfect cup, Iron & Fire in Shrewsbury.I recently bought a new bean-to-cup machine and I was struggling with the setup and technique for brewing short coffees so I contacted them for some advice...and they truly went well beyond all my expectations and offered to spend some time with me and my coffee machine to ensure that their coffee delivers the perfect cup. The experience was truly enlightening as Ryan’s, the Roasting Manager, knowledge about coffee and the best brewing processes is exceptional.I honestly cannot recommend Ryan and the team at Fire & Iron in Shrewsbury highly enough.

The best coffe there is. As a small coffee shop it was so important to get our coffe right. We are complimented everyday on the taste and quality of our coffee, it really is the best and the service from iron and fire is always 5 star , the staff are great

Love getting our coffee from here! We buy in bulk every month and have our favourites but also try to pick a new coffee bean each month and we’ve never been disappointed. The team are always really helpful and they’ve also helped us out with our Sage coffee machine on more than one occasion and given it a couple of deep cleans free of charge which was so nice of the team. Feel very lucky to have found such lovely coffee which is roasted locally in Shrewsbury and such a great team behind it all.
