Coffee Recipe
This speciality blend makes a lovely espresso and is brilliant through milk.
Espresso Recipe:
- 19g dose of coffee
- 44g out
- Extraction time: 25-28 seconds
It is very versatile though and makes a lovely pour over as well.

Amazingly dialled in spot on the first attempt so no coffee wasted and………. yes it makes a delicious latte …. I get lovely chocolate and dried fruit notes …. very smooth …. it’s a shame it’s only a limited edition roast …. it’s lovely …. well-done guys another great roast

Glad I ordered this blend! Makes for a pleasant and smooth drink regardless of brew method.
Well balanced blend.
I got notes of peanut butter from the beans, but a lovely chocolatey finish.
Definitely buy again!
