Kenyan Honey Bush Coffee
This is a beautiful complex coffee with an intense clean body, lemon acidity, and blackberry notes, finishing with a floral tea aftertaste. Big, bold, and fruity!
We recommend brewing this up as a pour over, but it is a flexible coffee that can be brewed however you please.

Origin Of Kenyan Honey Bush Coffee
Kenya is famous for exquisite coffees and the Honey Bush Estate produce a fine example here. Two great Kenyan varietals – SL34 and SL28 – combine to make this Kenyan Honey Bush coffee. A wonderful full-bodied coffee with a floral tea finish. Grown in the foothills of Mount Kenya with nearby tea plantations, this is a very popular speciality grade coffee.
Kenya’s fertile highlands, particularly around the regions of Nyeri and Kirinyaga, are renowned for producing some of the finest coffees in the world. These areas benefit from volcanic soil, high altitudes, and ideal climate conditions, which contribute to the superior quality of the coffee beans.
The combination of rich soil, ample rainfall, and optimal sunlight creates a perfect environment for cultivating coffee with complex flavours and vibrant acidity.

If there’s one thing this coffee is great at is the consistency. There are more complex coffees by Iron&Fire, but this will come the same consistent taste the first time you open the bag and the last time.

This is a lovely coffee. I have tried it both for espresso based drinks and as a filter. Both were lovely and is a very nice complex flavour.
