Colombian Jazz Speciality Blend
The Colombian Jazz, a Great Taste award winner from 2022, is our favourite and most popular speciality coffee blend.
Introducing Colombian Jazz, our most popular award-winning speciality coffee blend.
The very best of Colombia; ethically-sourced beans from the Huila region of Colombia roasted to give a full-bodied mouthfeel with rich chocolate and caramel undertones and a pleasant cherry acidity.
It makes a fantastic coffee however you choose to brew it, although we particularly love it in an espresso-based drink.
Listen to some coffee chat about our Colombian Jazz:
Experience the vibrant flavours of Colombia with Iron & Fire’s Colombian Jazz Speciality Coffee. Sourced from the lush, mountainous regions of Colombia, our coffee beans are carefully selected to deliver a rich and robust note complemented by hints of chocolate, caramel, and cherry resulting in a well-balanced brew.
We’ve roasted this coffee to bring out delightful chocolate and caramel notes, while skilfully preserving a lovely cherry finish. It’s a complex roast that truly rewards careful extraction. You’ll find it’s good just four days after roasting, but it shines best between 10 to 14 days when all the flavour notes align perfectly. Plus, it keeps exceptionally well!
This coffee is a must-have for all coffee lovers. Picture an intense espresso that’s beautifully sweet when stretched a bit with water, making it the perfect base for a flat white. Treat yourself to this flavourful experience—it’s a little indulgence that balances quality with sustainability!
Rainforest Alliance-Certified Colombian Coffee Beans
Ethically-sourced from the verdant landscapes of Colombia, our popular Colombian Jazz blend consists of Rainforest Alliance-certified Colombian coffee beans and is a testament to our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Originating from groups of smallholders primarily based within the Huila region in the South West of Colombia. This area is also home to Colombia’s second-highest peak: the Nevado del Huila volcano. This region has all the attributes that are needed to produce exceptional coffee; volcanic soils, high altitude, plenty of rainfall, and forests that provide shade.
Traditional farming methods are still used to produce this world-renowned high-quality coffee. We are very proud of this coffee, as we have spent a lot of time perfecting the roast profile.

On my 3rd 1kg bag of Colombian Jazz… (yes it sounds like I’ve obtained it from a South American drug cartel)… but we love this coffee… ideal for espresso, latte, flat white, cappuccino and my favourite of all Espresso Martinis…

I’ve been picking this coffee up from the outlet by Shrewsbury station. It is tasty, and works wonderfully in my Sage Barista Express. Very strong reccomendation!
Rob Barker –
These beans say a friendly good morning to me every day but also say good afternoon, or evening, sometimes too.

This is our standard coffee we always have in stock, best flavour we have found just given to friend as part of Christmas box as I know they will really enjoy this

I’m still quite new to ‘proper’ coffee and use an AeroPress and hand grinder. When I first tried Columbian Jazz, I found it fairly acidic but, after a little experimenting (finer grind, lower temp water), the true flavours came to the fore and now I love it. Oh, there is so much to learn but so much fun learning…..

I have been ordering this since 2021 and I won’t be changing this soon. The best coffee for our taste. The fresh smell of a grind coffee every morning it’s amazing.
