These are roasted separately using bespoke roasting profiles designed specifically to optimise the desired notes in each bean. Every batch is then mechanically blended for consistency and cupped by our team.

A truly delicious espresso with a full bodied mouth feel. I tried it as straight espresso, ristretto, lungo, in the V60, french press and Moka pot.
